This important brainstorming session, held at the Rothman Institute of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, was attended by Mayors, governing body members and department heads from Essex, Morris, Somerset and Union counties plus the state's Shared Services Czars.
Following a networking breakfast there was a brief assembly and 90 minutes devoted to break-out sessions about various topics related to municipal innovations.
